These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rexrestorations.com and the services provided by Rex Invictus Holdings LLC, doing business as Rex Restorations and Remodeling ("Rex Restorations," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Rex Restorations provides general contracting services including restoration, remodeling, roofing and waterproofing, fencing, masonry, glass railings, decking, pool installation, and flooring. We operate in Dallas, Texas and the surrounding DFW Metroplex under Texas general contractor license TL-GC-003506.
Free estimates are provided as a courtesy. Written proposals include scope of work, materials, pricing, and timeline. Proposals are valid for thirty (30) days from date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a proposal constitutes agreement to the terms within that proposal and these Terms.
Our standard payment schedule is structured across project milestones: 40% at project start, 30% at mid-point, 20% at substantial completion, and 10% upon final walkthrough and client acceptance. Payment terms may be adjusted by written agreement. Late payments may incur interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Texas law.
Any modifications to the original scope of work require a written change order signed by the client. Change orders may affect timeline and total project cost. Verbal changes are not binding.
Our workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty terms will be specified in your project proposal. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rex Restorations' total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under the specific project contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by Texas law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rex Invictus Holdings LLC, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
